In Memory of AJ Saez

AJ passed away on February 24, 2011 at the age of 12 years old after an 8 month battle with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. Since 2011, BCYL has held an annual bone marrow drive in memory of A.J. Saez.

If you match you match a patient you are most likely to donate a blood cell called PBSC, this is done almost 80% of the time. The other 20% of the time you may be asked to donate bone marrow cells while under anesthesia. Must be between the ages of 18-44
