Access Health CT (AHCT) invites community organizations and leaders like you to join us for a Community Chat. Staff will provide an overview of Access Health CT and lead a discussion on how we can partner with you to promote access to health care coverage in the Greater Bridgeport community.

Many are still unaware that AHCT offers free in-person application assistance and that financial help that is available to those who qualify. Community partners are crucial in helping us spread the word.

Please join us for a Community Chat to learn how we can work together to build healthier communities. Refreshments will be provided.
