The Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) is a comprehensive program designed to accelerate the development of emerging leaders working to effect social change in Connecticut. LDR is entering its ninth year, having supported more than 170 rising leaders to grow their leadership skills and networks. We are currently recruiting for LDR-Fairfield and LDR-Hartford cohorts, with sessions slated to begin in February 2016.
