Walk-ins Welcome! Passport applications can be downloaded from the web (DS-11 & DS-82).
To apply for your U.S. passport, you must:
Renewing a passport
Bring a completed Passport Application Form DS-82
Submit your old passport
Provide one recent passport photo – 2x2
Pay passport Fees (no cash)
1st Time application
Bring a completed Passport Application Form DS-11
Submit your original Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate (your certificate will be mailed to the address on your DS-11 Application)
Provide one recent passport photo – 2x2
Present valid photo identification – (Driver’s License, State Identification Card, Employee ID or Military ID)
Pay passport fees (no cash)
