Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes: Become a Workshop Leader

The Southwestern CT Agency on Aging in conjunction with the CT Department of Public Health is seeking professionals and volunteers to be trained as workshop leaders for the Stanford University 6 week workshop series, Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes. The program is designed to help empower Spanish-speaking persons with diabetes to build self-confidence and better manage their diabetes through interactive community based workshops.

LEADER TRAINING DATES: June 9, 10, 16, 17, 2016 9am-4:30 pm LOCATION: Meriden Health Dept. 165 Miller St, Teen Room
