The artists of the NEST Arts Factory in Bridgeport CT are relocating to a new building in the South End of Bridgeport. This move will allow their community to expand from 29 studios to 41 studios and give them the stability of a long term lease at a reasonable cost; a lease that will give them the security to grow and create, and to thrive, without fear of being pushed out of yet another neighborhood.
